Info Nusa Penida.       Guyangan (Mata Air) The Guyangan water source is projected to be able to drain clean water to eight villages in Nusa Penida namely Kutampi Village, Batu Kandik, Sekar Taji, Madeg Stone, Tanglad, Pcelutan, Klumpu, and Flower Blooms. The journey from the entrance to the springs water, quite exotic, passing stairs quite a lot, iron stairs along the way down the stairs made of iron we can while enjoying the scenery is so amazing that tired did not feel especially when it came to the eyes the water paid off already tired that we experienced earlier with the natural treats are so fascinating. Kapas Island

Last visited September 2013. The pier beach on Pulau Kapas - the northern third of the beach past the pier is hard to see in this shot. There are 3 resorts on this beach and it is possible to walk to all the other accommodation places within 15 minutes. However many of the island transport services out of Marang will drop you directly in front of your resort. Kapas island is the nicest I have visited in years. It is compact but has 6 very attractive beaches which can be walked over a period of 25-30 mintues (plus another beach which needs boat/kayak access), very clear water, pretty good snorkelling, good sunsets and a surprisingly supply of accommodation with 8 flash packer/backpacker resorts (some of their chalets may go into the lower midrange) and two camping areas. There are no roads, villages, motor vehicles or dogs. It is part of the Marine National Park and so coral and fish are pretty good. It is much easier to access than Redang, Perhentians, Lang Tengah, Tioman or Langkawi ...

NUSA PENIDA

VISITED JUNE 2017 Near cliff bottom, MATA AIR GUYANGAN It's taken me over 20 BALI visits since 1975 to check PENIDA out. Should have gone earlier - it is terrific with some outstanding coastal and other scenery, top diving and snorkeling and despite being way more laid back and sparsely settled than mainland BALI and close neighbours NUSAS CENINGAN and LEMBONGAN, there is a good range of places to stay and general tourist facilities. Check the popular booking sites like AGODA, TIPADVISOR reports and general tourist info via GOOGLE -  you will be surprised. PENIDA is a high limestone-plateau based island a short distance to the south east of NUSAS CENINGAN and LEMBONGAN. Compared to them it is much bigger at 200sqkm abut way smaller than MAINLAND BALI - the closest point of which is near the east coast town of PADANGBAI about 15km to the north east.
